The process can be as simple as having a few talks on the phone or a week's personal interviews at your location.

Then, I begin drafting your story. I will conduct specific research your genealogy and expertly weave in local, regional, and world events into your story. When the manuscript is completed, you will receive a draft to review. This process continues until you are satisfied with the manuscript.

Once the manuscript is completed to your satisfaction, you will photographs to illustrate the different times and people in your life.

I guide you through the book design process. My book designer is an expert, and is one of the most affordable professional book designers available in the United States.

When you are satisfied with the print-ready book, I manage the printing to ensure that you receive the best quality. One choice is a leather-bound, archival book that will last 200 years or more. Our archival books are printed by a high-qualityoffset press (not a photocopier) using real ink, not toner (copy machines and quick-print shops use toner, which breaks down quickly) on archive-quality, acid-free paper.
